Aprehend Treatments
Our Guarantee: If bed bugs return within 6 months of your initial treatment date, we will perform
an Aprehend bed bug treatment at no additional cost to you. If a heat treatment was initially
performed and you are requesting another heat treatment, this will be discounted up to 50% off the
initial heat treatment cost. Otherwise, the Aprehend treatment is fully covered under warranty.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty covers an Aprehend treatment in the event of a verified reinfestation or a discounted
heat treatment as detailed above.
Reinfestation must be reported within the 6-month warranty period from the date of the original
service.
Warranty services are provided for bed bug-related issues only; it does not cover any other pests.
Confirming a Reinfestation
Please note that bites alone do not confirm bed bug activity. Bites can be caused by various
factors, and a proper inspection is required.
For a reinfestation to be confirmed, either:
A live bed bug must be found, OR
You may hire a bed bug-sniffing dog to verify bed bug presence.
Extended Warranty Options
If you purchased the extended warranty, it covers all the benefits mentioned in the standard warranty
but extends your coverage by an additional 6 or 12 months. This provides extra peace of mind and
added protection against reinfestations.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty exclusions apply to high-traffic businesses due to their increased risk for reinfestation. These
businesses include, but are not limited to:
Hotels & Motels
Short-Term Rentals (e.g., Airbnb, Vacation Rentals)
Care Homes (e.g., Assisted Living, Nursing Homes)
Student Housing
Shelters
Room-to-Room Rental Homes
Hospitals & Medical Facilities
During the first 6 months after initial treatment, you may request Aprehend sprays for a ________
service call fee.
Special Note for Apartments, Condos, & Townhomes
If you live in an apartment, condo, or townhome, it is crucial to have adjacent units inspected if a
reinfestation is found. If no inspection of adjacent units is performed, the warranty will be voided.
Why This Is Important: Bed bugs can easily travel between shared walls, floors, and ceilings
in multi-unit dwellings. Without inspecting and treating adjacent units, the risk of continued or
reintroduced infestations remains high, making it challenging to fully eradicate the problem from your
unit alone.
