I’ve used Bay Area Bedbugs before, and my company has worked with them several times as well. They have always been professional, flexible, and understanding.Recently, there was an issue where they were unable to access the building, and I realized I had not provided my updated contact information. Even with that inconvenience, they were very understanding and willing to work with me, including offering a weekend appointment if needed. Although there was a small premium for the weekend, they remained flexible, and I was eventually able to move the appointment back to a regular weekday.Felipe was very reasonable and professional throughout multiple calls and emails. I know I can be a lot sometimes, so I really appreciated his patience and professionalism.Even when they came out last year, they were great. My tenant had not fully prepared the unit as instructed, but the technician was still very patient and assisted where he could, especially since she was elderly. He even helped move things around to avoid cool spots where bugs could survive.I just wanted to say thank you. I truly appreciate your team, and I look forward to working with you again soon.

My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Bay Area Bed Bug in treating our home today. Ivan did a home visit a few days before the treatment to assess the situation in our home and to answer any questions we had about the heat treatment he was going to perform. Jeremy too was very responsive and helpful when I had some additional questions on the day prior to the treatment. Today Ivan was prompt, and, at the beginning, he was very willing and helpful in assisting me with a few last-minute prep items that required two persons. We are back in our home now, and we are thrilled with the results of the treatment. Throughout, Bar Area Bed Bug was very helpful, very expert, and a pleasure to work with. I called every single local exterminator when I discovered a bedbug in my room and these guys were absolutely the most pleasant to deal with by far. They were responsive, gave me a quote immediately over the phone, didn't make me jump through hoops to talk to someone and were direct and transparent about their offerings, pricing and schedule. They were also one of the cheapest available.A lot of places capitalize on customers in stressful situations, making you schedule an in person consultation before giving you a quote so you're "bought in" with them, make you listen to their entire spiel about how their products are different (they're not), trying to further disempower you when you're down so you'll pay a premium for them to save you. It was absolutely maddening navigating all of this. Just call these guys and they'll get it done.They offer heat treatment, "aprehend" fungal spray and hybrid. Their prices in 2025 for a 2,000sq ft home with 7 bedrooms was $1/sq ft for heating, $1,450 for hybrid (heating affected rooms and spraying the whole house) or $950 for just the spray.Also when I gave their number to a friend whose house I'd worried I'd contaminated instead of just taking their money they suggested a much cheaper bedbug sniffing dog (different company) to confirm an infestation before they did any work saving my friends probably around $1,000 and lots of stress.Anyway Fellipe was great and so was everyone else at the company we talked to and the treatment was effective! They seem younger than other companies in the game, didn't misgender anyone etc etc. Okay thats it, I can't say enough good things. choose these guys and save yourself the trouble.

I am giving Bay Area Bed Bug 5 stars for great responsiveness and communication. I called Jeremy after reading so many good reviews, and he recommended that I call an inspection company that they work with, named Scent Tek, which uses canines to detect bugs.It turned out that I did not have bed bugs in my home, but both Jeff from Scent Tek and Jeremy from BABB were knowledgable, responsive, professional, and pleasant , and If I ever have a problem again I will know where to go for inspections and treatment if necessary. Thanks to you both, for making a stressful situation less so!

Jeremy responded quickly and professionally. It helped that I could text a photo of the specimen of the bug I had found. He did his best initial assessment based on the photo, and then Keith, the technician, came for an on-site inspection. I'm so thrilled. I can sit on my sofa and not get bit. The technician was so friendly and explained what was going to happen. It was a pain to have to get the house ready but it was worth it. If you have a pest problem you should call them.

Wow, this is a terrific company! Here's my story: I purchased a new mattress two days ago and the delivery was today. After removing our old mattress, the delivery guys dropped a bombshell - they could not take it because it had bedbugs, and would not put the new mattress in. I felt shock, panic and shame. I immediately searched Google for exterminators and Bay Area Bed Bug had the highest rating. I called with the goal of "how fast can you get out here", but Jeremy said to sent a photo first. He quickly put me at ease by telling me it was a carpet beetle. When I told the mattress company they needed to come back out, they wanted an independent confirmation that it was not a bed bug. Jeremy sent me an email in no time that I could forward to them. I am sorry I didn't get a charge for his services.

What an excellent experience all around! Nobody wants to have to call these guys. But when Jeremy picked up the phone, he patiently and thoroughly put our worries at ease. Jeremy is cheerful and flexible - rescheduled twice to work around my case of COVID and adjusted his procedures, increasing both heat and time to address my infestation. I had clothes moths rather than bedbugs, so there are no guarantees, but I think we got them all this time!

Sorry I didn't leave the review till now because we didn't notice a tremendous difference until literally Yesterday, but it's definitely becoming very noticeable that they are dying because the people that are in the room that were getting bit are getting bit a lot less to the point where there's no biting it at all right now and hopefully after the second treatment and the next few weeks that will help but I am very educated on apprehend and it's very effective

I was helping somebody move and when we got to the mattress, there were bugs! I snapped a photo and we all fled to outside completely grossed out and really afraid they were bedbugs. I contacted these folks and they let me text the photo and then immediately reassured me that it was a carpet, beetle bug and not bedbugs. Thank goodness! Their honesty and helpfulness let us sleep tonight and didn’t cost our friend, who doesn’t have a lot of money, to be without help her move.

We had the heated service 3 days ago. Thus far we saw one baby bug. It is a little early for a final result. I'm confident we have seen the last of them. Thus far we are satisfied with the service. A final spray within 2 weeks should eradicate ALL the bugs, thus a 6 month guarantee help ease the stress. Personally I would recommend BABB

Ivan technician when he came to inspect apartment it looked like it was to crowded with items instead of saying it would not work his attitude was we are going to kill some bugs. After carrying two machines into apartment only to find one was not working he continued to improvise and finished the work. Jeremey was very responsive, providing complete details of what was necessary to solve the problem. He was also very concerned that we affirm it was actually bed bugs causing the problem, as the treatment provided would not solve the problem for other sources (Fleas, mites, spiders, etc). Since we were certain, having spotted a bed bug and identified from Web photo and description of movement (Slow, not fast or jumping), we had the treatment done and it totally solved the problem...no bites since!
